Milwaukee's road safety pal. Drive like your neighbors live here.

Friendly scripts that actually land.
“Would you mind easing up a bit? I'd really appreciate it.”
“Do you happen to know the limit on this stretch? I always forget.”
“There are a lot of families on this block — could we take it a little slower?”
“Thanks for driving — I'm always more comfortable at an easier pace.”
“I'll be honest, this speed is making me a little uneasy. Could we slow down?”
“No rush on my end — I'd rather we get there relaxed and in one piece.”
"I'll slow down. I'll stay alert. Tomorrow needs me too."

5 questions. Be a Safety Hero.
Small mindfulness habits that turn your commute into calm — and keep MKE safer.
Before starting the engine, take three slow breaths. Arrive in the car before you arrive anywhere else.
At red lights, silently name 3 things around you — a tree, a sign, a person. It anchors you in the now, not the next thing.
Check your grip and your jaw. Loosen both. Tense bodies make tense decisions.
Phone away, radio low, no eating. Driving is the practice — let it be the only thing for these few minutes.
When someone cuts you off, silently say 'hope you get there safe.' Anger fades. Focus stays.
Before you open the door, pause for one breath. Notice you made it. Gratitude is a great seatbelt.
Partnerships, school visits, press, or general questions — send a note and we'll get back to you.
